The Lewis Family

Auntie Jujee came to visit. We went to UVSC and then shopping with her. Upon Daddy coming home he was playing with Jasmin and I caught a picture of how happy she is with him :)

Jasmin now can climb stairs, this is a picture of her doing it for the third time. We went over after dinner yesterday to visit. 

Yesterday we went to a farewell with Grandma Richter and the whole clan. Later Great Grandpa Lewis and Great Aunt LynnAnne and Melanie came to visit bearing gifts for Jasmin from Vegas. They gave her a shirt from Ceasar's Palace and a teddy bear pirate from the Mirage. They then took us to Red Lobster for dinner. This is the first time we used the seat cover from Aunt Heather, and I think it worked, she sat in it almost the whole meal, longer than I thought she would last. She had fun playing with LynnAnne, who shared her crackers with Jasmin, she kept dunking it in her hand like a chip in dip between bits, it was very cute. Side note, we may have a future Houdini on our hands, notice Jasmin magically pulling a slinky out of her mouth :)

Grandma gave us one of those swifer mops to help keep our kitchen clean. Upon getting home we just set it in the dining room. Jasmin picked it right up and took it to the kitchen and started pushing it around, she is too cute and too smart. She was going so fast, never stopping with it that is why we didn't get a very clear picture.

We ended up over at Grandma and Grandpa Richter's. Jasmin loves swimming, need I say more?  

Today we went to the Baby Derby up at Hogle Zoo. It was sponsored by FM100. We got there at 8, we registered as number 2 and were in the first heat. Jasmin sat there and started to clap so yeah, we didn't win, only one or two babies actually started to crawl. That baby that won in the first meet won the whole thing, they were smart, they busted out their laptop and the baby cruised over. It was fun and the bag of goodies alone was worth the trip. Auntie Jujee came with us and helped. I have more pics to post of all of us at the zoo, I will do that later. Enjoy!

We swam in our pool for the first time today. It was kind of dirty due to microbursts the othre night but still fun. Jasmin loves the water, though she tries to drink it, plus our pool is way slippery so she has to be in her floatie even when she is walking around.  

This is how Jasmin spends her "daddy time" in the mornings. She loves her Daddy and her blankie.  

Jasmin keeps falling asleep in this position, it is adorable and hilarious.  

Jasmin loves her blankey, and doesn't seem to mind her crib either :)  

We took Grandma's suggestion and let Jasmin in the kitchen. As you can see, when we open the fridge she runs for it, so this time I let her explore and she went right for a soda. She is too cute. We had scouts tonight and she and Daddy had so much fun, I got back from cleaning up and found them in the car playing around. Daddy would try to take her water bottle and she would giggle so lon gthat it would make him laugh. We moved her crib into our room, hoping that maybe Mommy will be able to get a nap every now and then if Jasmin is more secured. We'll keep you posted.

Yesterday was Pioneer Day so we went out to Grandma and Grandpa Richter's. We went swimming and BBQued and did firework. Jasmin loves swimming as you can tell. The tigger is a new toy from Grandma, Jasmin wasn't too sure of it at first but then took a liking to it, especially the eyebrows :) As you can see, her day was too filled that she is tuckered out by nights end, didn't even make it through all the fireworks.

These are pictures from when we went on our family trip to California in March and we borrowed Grandma's (Great-Grandma) car and went to the Sacramento Zoo. I didn't notice until now that it has that banner about Earth Fest in the back ground that is to be held on our anniversary, fun huh.
