The Lewis Family

3!  Can you believe it?  It has been 3 years since this ball of fire entered our lives.  He came in like a lamb and is busting through it like a lion :)  Zackary is our crazy little monkey.  He loves to do whatever his brother and sister are doing.  This little smarty pants loves going to nursery and can't wait to go to preschool.  He loves to play and to sing and to run and be crazy.  We love having our little Zacky in our lives.  Happy Birthday little man!

2013 was a super full year!  So to end it, I figured I would list 2,013 things in 2013! Just teasing, how about 13 things? 1. Jasmin performed in Cinderella and then made it in the Coppellia ballet as a mini Coppellia. 2. Steve got promoted to an Area Business Manager for Pepsi. 3. Clerissa started using doTERRA oils on the family and signed up to sell and it has been an amazing blessing. 4. We found out we were pregnant and baby 4 is due April 9, 2014. 5. Ryken finally is at the big kid school and gets to ride the bus home with Jasmin. 6. Zackary misses his brother and sister but loves time with Mommy. 7. Jasmin made a company level team at Studio 1, she is on Jr. Company. 8. Ryken is improving leaps and bounds at school, his reading is incredible and his teacher loves him. 9. Steve got called to be a Sunday School teacher for the teenagers at church. 10. Clerissa is now the Cub Scout Committee Chair person for our local pack. 11. Jasmin is a wonderful blessing in our lives.  It is hard to believe that it was 8 years ago that she came into our lives a head of schedule and ready to rock.  She has grown so much in that time, into a beautiful little angel.  She blows our mind with her dance ability, her love of helping others, her love of school, everything.  We love our sister so much and are so grateful she is ours :)

So I know this blog has suffered, as our life has gotten so busy, I facebook better than I blog... but I figured I would share this exciting tidbit with those who follow our family here. After 15 months of trying but not really expecting anything since we had been warned that Enbrel would cause sterility, I am pregnant and due about April 8th or 9th :)  we couldn't be more excited.  Check out the video of us telling the kids http://youtu.be/ahKD6px3iCs

So I have been dabbling in oils for a bit... sounds witch crafty,no?  And took the jump.  I want to make Steve's life with R.A. less painful and make our lives healthier in general.  I have been blown away already.  I gave my sister some of the Breathe blend to try, and she is at day 9 from having to use her inhaler 2-5 times a day, to have not used it since she started rubbing it on her chest in the mornings.  Steve is on the vitamins and the dna repair supplement, and while I am not delusional and thinking we will cure his r.a., am hoping for less pain in his life.  I started the Slim and Sassy supplement and am seeing results already.  There is still hope for bathing suit season! Seriously, there are a million ways to use the oils, and the fact that doTERRA are one of a few if not the only oils that are tested to make sure that each one is 100 percent what it says it is ( not just 100 percent natural, because that includes weeds and grass ) I feel safe using them.  I have been

I am counting down the days till summer, no lie.  I need a day where I do not have to drive anywhere.  I am currently living in our van!  Ha, oh man my kids are worth it but mommy needs a break ;) We celebrated our 8 year anniversary last month, on april 1st ;)  I got to sleep in because it was spring break for the kids and Steve had the whole week off.  We played games with the kids all day then Grammy and Grampy Lewis came and watched themso we cold go shopping, to dinner, and to a movie.  It was divine.  This is the only picture I got from that day. Next up was Jasmin's RAD exam and first dance comp of the season... yes, on the same day, UGH.  We literally had to leave the RAD exam and head straight for Ogden, and be there an hour and a half later on time.  We made it, with time to spare cus the comp started late.  This tiny dancer got a DIAMOND ranking for her solo! We spent the weekend in Layton, the next town over because sister's team dances were the next day,

This blog has sadly taken a back seat to our life, but that is a good thing.  It means we are busy out there living life.  But I don't want to forget anything, I wish I had a 24/7 camera on each of my kids so that I could have every moment forever. Lately: Jasmin is a very busy girl, who keeps me busy.  Some days I am sooo tired of driving around, but it is part of the job description therefor I do.  She is at Studio 1 Dance Center , on their Junior Elite team and in a hiphop class and loving it all.  She is on the Intermediate Company for Utah Valley Civic Ballet and currently working on their Cinderella production coming this June at UVU.  She will be testing for the RAD grade 1 in April, super excited for that.  She will also be competing with a solo at the dance comps Studio 1 is attending next month.  Seems busy is an understatement, huh?  She is loving school and thoroughly enjoys reading books.  She is very excited to be turning 8 this year so she can have her ears pier

This handsome boy! Ryken is all boy.  He loves playing sports and playing video games with daddy.  He is very good about cleaning his room because it means he gets a turn on the ipad or xbox.  He loves to sing, and does so loudly.  He loves avengers and ninja turtles.  He loves preschool with Ms Konnie.  He truly is our handsome man.
